If you are enquiring about an order that has been placed, please include your order number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply to your emails and message requests. Also, please do not message my personal Facebook account in regards to your order. 

I try to avoid doing admin work (apart from scheduled posts on social media) on weekends to spend as much time with my son as possible.

How long will it take me to receive my order?

I pride myself in being very efficient with processing your orders, I aim to have all orders from the day to be packaged up, ready for courier collection the following morning. However, sometimes if I have an over whelming amount of orders, and in that case it should be processed within 2 business days. 

Please allow 1-3 days in transit for delivery. (Please note that Rural addresses take an extra 2 – 3 working days extra for delivery.) 

If you have an urgent order, (for a gift etc) contact me over social media or email & I’ll see what I can do :)

We pay for OVERNIGHT postage with Aramex/Couried Post. Once it has been picked up, it is now out of our hands of how long it takes.

If there will be a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. 

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. This allows the time for courier driver to collect your parcel from our location. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do.


What is the cost of postage?

We offer a flat rate of $5.90 for all NZ orders.

Rural shipping is a flat rate of $8.50.

For International orders - your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, by the weight of your order.

Please include your ORDER NUMBER, and any photos, relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this as soon as possible.

In some cases we’ll ask for the product be returned to us, in others we may send out a replacement with proof of the damage.

Rest assured, we’ll take care of it in the fastest, easiest way possible.

We do not refund because of change of mind.

Gift cards can not be returned and are not redeemable for cash.






I placed an order but never received a confirmation email? 

If you do not receive an email from Chick Pea Designs within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

I placed an order but haven’t seen any movement on my order? What’s going on? 

Depending on the shipping method selected, most orders are posted within 3 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays). 

Please refer to our shipping policy for current processing times and available shipping methods. Note: In-transit times are separate from processing times and are subject to change during the holiday season.


Why did I get a refund on my order? 

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear.


What frame do you recommend to buy for the canvas posters?

Kmart - Audrey Frame $18. Comes in Black, White & Ash Wood


What cushion inserts do you recommend for the cushion covers?

The cushion covers sold online are 45x45cm. You can purchase the inserts from The Warehouse, Spotlight & Briscoes (just to name a few..)
